Twisted Island is a YouTube Object Show series created by Mandy P. (MilkyBunnii). It is expected to debut sometime in late 2019. The show takes place on the eponymous Twisted Island and stars 32 contestants, all competing against each other for the prize of 1 million dollars. Contrary to the child-friendly norms of most other object shows, this show will often feature swearing, death, and dark plot elements.

- HelloKevin was originally created by Jacknjellify as a joke character in BFDI APPISIOTE 225555555!!!!!
- Pizza, Hot Dog, and Paigey were created as parodies of Pizza Steve (Uncle Grandpa), Hot Dog Guy (Gumball), and Paige (DHMIS), respectively.
- Pepper and Chocolate were originally characters known as Hal Apeño and Charlie Chocolate from an unreleased RPG game created by milky.bunnii in late 2016 known as The Great Food War.
- Ice Cream was the third of these characters to be created by milky.bunnii in early 2018 and was her original Object Shows OC.
- 50 contestants were created but only 32 characters will compete in the first season based upon votes.
- Production halted in mid-August due to Mandy P. being preoccupied with school, but production officially resumed on September 25, 2019
