He is a contestant on TFFCC. He was submitted in a contest for character ideas while the show was still an idea by Waqas Arain along with many other ideas and he was one of the submitted characters that actually joined along with Grapey, who was submitted by John Gillespie, and Jelly who was submitted by Armaan Mansuri. He is voiced by Waqas, his creator. Waqas submitted him by the name "The Paper Airplane Of 1,000 Years," but his name was later shortened to just simply Paper Airplane.
