The Beginning
The scene starts with Ruby walking up to Gelatin.
Gelatin?
Argh! You scared me! What do you want?
Well, sorry. Anyways, didn’t you need to finish that project?
Please don’t remind me of that.
I was thinking we could go into the forest and catch some bugs for it! Which ones did you need?
Butterflies.
Okay! Let’s go!
They enter the forest. It starts to rain.
Great. I’m going to get soggy.
I only get wet and not soggy.
I know that!
Whatever. Do you see any butterflies around? ‘Cause I don’t.
Yeah, I don’t.
A butterfly flies onto Gelatin’s head.
Look on your head! There’s a lovely orange butterfly!
Aha! I’ll stay still so he doesn’t fly away.
Wait - how are we going to catch it? You forgot the nets, didn’t you?
Oops. Should I go back?
Yeah, duh.
I’m such an idiot!
A bunch of leaves fall on Gelatin.
Hahaha! Oh, Gelatin! What bad luck!
Argh! Argh! Get these off!!
Okay, teehee.
Seriously, I didn’t like that.
Ruby takes off all of the leaves.
Hang on, I feel a bit sick.
Maybe it’s something to do with this place. Let’s get out of-
Ruby drops dead.
WHAT!?
The screen turns black. However, it fades to Gelatin walking past a tree to see Golf Ball. He slides over to him.
Golf Ball, I have awful news.
Awful news, you say? Can I hear it?
Ruby has been killed, I think.
That really is bad news!
I was just going to catch butterflies, [he starts to tear up] and then I get covered in leaves, so she carries them off, and then she [he sniffles] DIES! [he starts crying]
There there, Gelatin. Don’t worry - I’ll get Tennis Ball on the case. I know that Marshmellow would love to help you continue your butterfly-catching season.
I need them for a project, that’s all.
Okay, Marshmellow’s just other there. [he points to her in the distance] Bye for now!
Hi, Marshmellow.
You look like you’ve been crying.
I have been. Ruby is dead.
That is tragic! Wanna play some games to take your mind off of it?
Sure. I have a project to do, but I need to be put out of my misery.
They play a generic fighter game.
Argh, you got me!
Tee-hee!
More will come soon!
