Rules

1. Read OSC wiki's rule first. That has every hurt & heal's rule.
2. You have 4 points per play(Hurt & Heal) and can write as numeric.
   • You must use 2 points at least.
   • + is Heal and - is Hurt.
3. Through they are paired, use [] to target.
4. Max HP is 40 at first, but now 20.
   • Heal does't work when HP is maxed.
5. Totty and Byte were arrested by Poris because they swapped places.
