B-Balloon was originally made by TowMatar, however he got blocked multiple times and half of his OCs are now owned by other users.
B-Balloon, 24, and Bowling Ball are the only three TowMatar OCs that are now owned by AzUrArInG
B-Balloon was originally called "Yellow Balloony" when TowMatar owned the character, after he was blocked (including his multiple alt accounts) he was renamed to "B-Shaped Balloony" by Nemolee.exe, then later to "B-Balloon" by AzUrArInG.
He was renamed to B-Balloon because AzUrArInG thought it sounded like a cool name and thought it sounded better than Yellow Balloony or B-Shape Balloony.
