Keycard is a original character made by JPRker2000, he is a blue keycard from a organization called "Westlane's Theory Organization" and a QR code that can be used to access a specific room.
He was re-established with a modern asset in 2023 where his asset is more lighter and additional details were included to be more significant to keycards in real life and video games.
Keycard is a corrupted and manipulative individual, as he always disciplined people to follow his so-called rules and take measures many people would agree not to do like severely beating an target up till they're unconscious, tackling an target down by chokeholds, taking bribe money to cover up a case and leaving harmful misinformation to his colleagues.
